In 2016, design firm Utile won a highly anticipated bid to work collaboratively with Everett residents to redesign the streetscape of Everett Square. They needed to capture the pulse of the community and translate it into actionable design measures – quickly!

Utile called on Novus to craft and implement an extensive community outreach strategy. Novus canvassed the region, coordinated meetings with City stakeholders and local civic and religious institutions, and conducted a tele-town hall that connected thousands to the process. Novus’ multifaceted outreach methods ensured that all those who had an opinion to offer were heard.
